OUTSIDE GARDEN AREAS
With spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains, Downtown Denver and the stately golf course, our garden areas are very popular options and can comfortably accommodate up to 280 guests for the outside cocktails. (Of course, we always have an inside backup space should the unpredictable Colorado weather change at the last minute).
WINDSOR ROOM
This beautiful first floor space is also very popular for smaller events. The vaulted ceiling, with its massive beams, combined with the 20-foot high windows and large beveled and stained glass windows create a spectacular setting during either the day or at night. This room can accommodate up to 140 guests for cocktails or 90 for seated event .
ONYX LOUNGE
With its barrel vaulted high-beamed ceiling, the Onyx Lounge can comfortably accommodate 160 guests for cocktails or more when combined with the outside areas. For seated event it could comfortably accommodate 110. This room has windows overlooking the golf course and the Rocky Mountains which form a perfect backdrop for your event.
TUDOR ROOM
Wellshire also offers the upstairs Tudor room. Its barreled beamed ceiling, covered by a dark cork and views of the Wellshire Golf Course creates a sense of stately hospitality and intimacy not often found in private event rooms. It can accommodate up to 150 guests for cocktails or 120 for seated dinner.
MTN. VIEW PAVILLION
The Pavilion is also available for private events and can accommodate 240 guests for cocktails or +/- 180 for seated dinner. With it glass walls and customized draping and huge west facing patio overlooking the spectacular Rockies and Golf Course, this is a very popular option.
CAMBRIDGE ROOM
The Cambridge Room can comfortably seat 270 guest for a seated event or is also available for +/- 350 guests for cocktails. This could be increased when combined with the gardens and Onyx room.. This room's views of the Rocky Mountains, Downtown Denver and the golf also create the perfect backdrop to your event.
