Wellshire is a perfect location for group presentations and training. Wellshire is centrally located with easy access from downtown Denver, the Denver Tech Center and the airport. With our experience and facilities, Wellshire's staff has the ability to offer small intimate events for 20 guests up to large events of 600 guests. Financial planners, training companies, Fortune 500 companies and smaller, local businesses have successfully used Wellshire's facilities for these purposes for over 40 years.
Our Onyx Lounge with its barrel vaulted high-beamed ceiling, can comfortably accommodate 100 guests seated or up to to 210 for cocktail service.
The beautiful Windsor Room located on the first floor, with its stained glass windows and views of the Rocky Mountains and Wellshire Golf Course is a perfect fit for 100 seated guests or 210 for cocktails.
For slightly larger events, the upstairs Tudor room with its beamed ceiling, covered by a dark cork, creates a sense of stately hospitality and intimacy not often found and can comfortably accommodate up to 130 guests seated or 250 for heavy hors d'oeuvres.
Our Mountain View Pavilion can comfortably accommodate up to 320 seated guests or 400 for heavy hors d'oeuvres.
Finally, our new Cambridge Room, with spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains, Wellshire Golf Course and Downtown Denver can comfortably accommodate 340 seated of 475 for heavy hors d'oeuvres.
Our location on the stately Wellshire Golf Course with its beautiful grounds allows attendees to take outside breaks in our gardens, which prove to be very productive, especially for all day meetings.
We own the audio-visual equipment including projector screens, lcd projectors, wireless microphones, specialized lighting, 60" LED TV's etc to ensure that your event will be a success. Whether it's a simple presentation that only requires the room, to a full-blown multi-day event including 3 meals a day, we can meet all your needs. (We also offer full Kosher meal options).
